Tywyn Llyn - Twyni yn y Cyfnos gydag Prosiect Nos a Thwyni Ar Symud
Ydych chi erioed wedi bod eisiau archwilio'r twyni gyda'r cyfnos? Darganfod cyfrinachau awyr y nos o'r twyni tywod? Dysgwch fwy am yr ystlumod, gwyfynod, adar a chwilod sy'n croesi'r twyni wrth i'r nos ddechrau cwympo?
Ymunwch â swyddog ymgysylltu Tirwedd Twyni Deinamig Cymru Hannah, swyddog Awyr Dywyll Dani o Bartneriaeth Prosiect Nos a thywysydd Natur Julie Rose wrth i ni archwilio’r twyni yn y cyfnos. Wrth adael The Oyster Catcher am 19:00 byddwn yn mynd allan i weld y machlud dros Llyn Maelog, yna byddwn yn dysgu popeth am ystlumod wrth i ni wneud ein ffordd yn ôl tuag at y twyni tywod a'r traeth. Yn olaf, gallwch glywed mwy am gadwraeth barhaus awyr dywyll a thwyni deinamig wrth edrych i fyny i awyr y nos o lawr ar y twyni tywod.
Mae’r digwyddiad hwn yn addas i deuluoedd, rhaid i bawb dan 18 oed fod yng nghwmni gwarcheidwad, yn anffodus ni allwn letya cŵn yn y digwyddiad hwn. Mae'r llwybr yn dilyn llwybrau troed gweddol wastad ond argymhellir esgidiau cadarn. Bydd fflachlampau pen yn cael eu darparu ond byddwch yn cael eich arwain trwy sut i ganiatáu i'ch llygaid addasu i'r tywyllwch i wir brofi'r twyni wrth iddi nosi. Tywyn Llyn - Dunes at Dusk with Dark Skies & Dynamic Dunescapes
Have you ever wanted to explore the dunes at dusk? Discover the secrets on the night sky from the sand dunes? Learn more about the bats, moths, birds and bugs that traverse the dunes as night begins to fall?
Join Dynamic Dunescapes Wales engagement officer Hannah, Dark Skies officer Dani from the Prosiect Nos Partnership and Nature guide Julie Rose as we explore the dunes at dusk. Leaving from The Oyster Catcher at 19:00 we will head out to see the sunset over the Llyn Maelog, then it’s all about bats as we make our way back towards the dunes and beach. Finally, hear more about ongoing conservation of dark skies and dynamic dunes while looking up to the night sky from down on the dunes.
This event is family friendly, all under 18s must be accompanied by a guardian, Unfortunately we cannot accommodate dogs at this event. The route follows relatively flat footpaths but sturdy footwear is recommended. Head torches will be provided but you will be guided through how to allow your eyes to adjust to the dark to truly experience the dunes at dusk. The event is held in close proximity to The Oyster Catcher restaurant where facilities and parking is available
