Celebrate World Sand Dune Day at Studland Bay

Slow down this Saturday morning and rediscover the wildlife and peace at Studland Bay. We will begin the session with some breathing exercises, to let go of our daily thoughts and become present in this special space. Next we will go on a sensory walk, opening ourselves up to the environment around and relaxing into the space.

Working in little groups, we will then use different natural materials to create artwork in celebration of world sand dune day. Finally we will end by learning a bit about why this habitat is so unique, and reenergise our bodies with some mindful movement before the session ends.

Everybody is welcome to this event, but please note that children must be supervised by their parent/guardian.
