Celebrate World Sand Dune Day at Braunton Burrows exploring the butterflies of the dunes.

Start the day with a short morning talk at the Countryside Centre, 'An intro to the butterflies of Braunton Burrows' with John Breeds. Followed by a walk at Braunton Burrows looking for butterflies from Sandy lane carpark.

This event is free but booking is required. You are welcome to attend one or both halves of the day. Please note that own transport will be required to travel from BCC to Sandy Lane car park.

BCC is wheelchair friendly and has accessible parking outside, however the walk is not accessible. Braunton Burrows needs sturdy shoes and weather appropriate clothing. Please bring water and lunch. No dogs.
