A very exciting opportunity for young people to join the warden team on a one-day nature reserve warden experience
Gibraltar Point is Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust's flagship nature reserve, with over a 1000 acres of different habitats including sand dunes, saltmarsh, freshwater and foreshore habitats. This is an impressive landscape for its sheer scale and diversity of wildlife.
On this taster day, you can join the warden as he carries out his daily tasks, which could include helping with habitat management, surveying, patrolling, livestock management, species protection and testing out your DIY skills. No previous experience needed.
This is a great opportunity for anyone between the age of 16 -30 who is interested in or wants to gain experience in wildlife, conservation and people engagement. The taster day will be held on Sunday 12th February, from 10am to 3pm.
