Join Hilary Gibson at the new Towans Art Club for guided sessions

 

Hilary will be leading outdoor art sessions design to help you capture the beauty of The Towans and develop your skills

 

Wednesday 22nd June  - 6:30-9pm, An evening session in celebration of World Sand Dune Day exploring the changing skies before dusk.

Sunday 26th June - 10am-12:30pm, This session is about plants which live on the dunes, and how to draw and identity them.

 

What to bring for these sessions:

Hilary will be supplying sketchbooks and FOTT car stickers (unless you have one from last time).  She will bring 2b pencils, coloured pencils and water pens for you to use.

  • Please do bring your own art materials if you wish, including a stool or something to sit on.
  • Bring a snack, a drink/ flask.
  • Hilary wears fingerless gloves to draw. A hat and layers are useful in case of cold winds as is a sun hat and sun cream. It can get chilly as the sun goes down, so do have extra layers if you are coming to the evening session.
