Studland Bay has stories to tell… Do you know what sound a pine tree makes? Or the calls that happen at night? How about the stories from the war or perhaps the wonders of our dune dynamics?

Join our professional sound artist, Adrian Newton, to discover the hidden sounds and untold stories on the dunes!

Join us as we walk across the dunes, stopping to listen to their hidden sounds, including the interior sound worlds of a pine tree and an ants nest. Hear what your footsteps sound like from underground, as you walk across the dunes. During the walk, we will listen to some of the species that live there, including birds, mammals and insects. We will also hear human stories about the dunes, and why they are such a special place.

There are two sessions on Thursday 23rd Sept. Places are limited to 20 per session with a waiting list. Please book your place using the links below:

2:00pm - 3:30pm

4:30pm - 6:00pm
